Payment Methods

At erero.gr you can pay in the following ways:

• Cash on delivery
The cash on delivery cost is €2. The amount will be added to the total amount of your order after completing your purchase.
In case of payment by cash on delivery, the order will be confirmed by telephone on the next business day.
If the call is not answered, a second attempt will be made; if there is no answer, an SMS will be sent.
If confirmation is not made then the order will be canceled.
In case of non-receipt of your order, there is no possibility of future purchase using the cash on delivery method.

• Debit or Credit card via Viva Wallet Smart Checkout
Viva Wallet Smart Checkout includes 23 payment methods including Klarna, which gives you the option to buy now but pay later.

• Payment via Iris
You can pay by IRIS transfer via your bank's web banking. Open web banking, select IRIS and enter the phone number: 6949093131 and the payment amount of your order. Once we receive the payment, your order will be processed for shipment.

• Payment by bank deposit
To complete the shipment of your order, the total amount must be deposited to IBAN: GR7001712920006292166155218, PIRAEUS BANK, BENEFICIARY: KATSANEVAKI CHRISTINA GEORGIOS with your full name as the reason. Your order will be shipped after your payment is received or after you send the receipt of the deposit to the email: ererobyxk@gmail.com

• Payment at our physical store upon receipt of the products.

* The cash on delivery method does not apply to orders shipped to Cyprus!
